The Financial Services Forum (FSF) is a UK-based membership group dedicated to improving marketing effectiveness in financial services.
It provides seminars and conferences, and runs an annual awards. It also produces content and resources, including an online knowledge center.
The FSF maintains knowledge and networking communities in asset management, fintech, insurance, life & pensions, mortgages, private banking, retail banking, brand strategy, corporate communications and digital & direct.
The group was formed 20 years ago, and in in 2019 it was acquired by Incisive Media.
It has 2,900 members. Annual membership for an individual is £3,250, and corporate memberships are available. There is a free (limited) membership tier.
