Investors looking to sell their private equity fund stake(s) can anonymously host fund stake details along with a secure virtual data room, engage with interested buyers and use a digital secondary sales process.
GPs pay a flat fee to be on Palico, and LPs pay no fees. Palico was founded in 2012 and has 4,000+ LP, GP and placement agents using the platform.
