The Fund Finance Association (FFA) is a non-profit association for the global fund finance industry.
It provides advocacy, education and networking through information and events, including annual symposiums in the US, Europe and Asia.
Members include banks, law firms, investment managers and investors involved in fund formation, structures and financing, primarily in the private equity, commercial real estate and infrastructure funds industry.
Members are involved in financing structures such as subscription credit facilities, NAV loan structures and issues, collateralized fund obligations.
It also has a sub-organization, Women in Fund Finance (WFF).
