The Alternative & Direct Investment Securities Association (ADISA) is a US trade association for the non-traded alternative investments industry.

It covers investments including non-traded Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), Business Development Companies (BDCs), Master Limited Partnerships (MLPs) and private and public funds (hedge funds and private equity), 1031 exchange programs (DSTs/TICs), energy and oil and gas interests and equipment leasing programs.

ADISA publishes best practices, white papers and news, and advocates to regulators and lawmakers on behalf of its members.

It also organizes events, including an annual conference that brings together financial advisors and product providers for due diligence and networking.

Its 4,500+ members include broker-dealers/RIAs, registered representatives/financial advisors, product sponsors and service providers.

Annual dues are $1,000 for individuals and $3,000 - 6,500 for firms. Membership is free for allocators, financial advisors and distributors.
