The group generally targets middle-market firms with $1 - $10 million in assets in private equity, private credit, real estate and infrastructure strategies.
It also leverages Investcorp's resources and expertise to help managers raise capital, develop products, and expand their businesses.
Investments typically feature non-control positions, minority shareholder protections, and alignment of interests with principals.
ISCG manages $1.3bm of AUM and has completed 11 investments since its launch in 2019.
