The Institutional Investing Diversity Cooperative (IIDC) is a collective of institutional investment consultants and plan sponsors who are working towards greater diversity in the institutional asset management industry.
It advocates for access to data that would capture multiple dimensions of diversity. As part of this, eVestment is enhancing its questionnaire to include diversity statistics at the firm and investment team level as well as details on firm policies and initiatives.
The group's members are responsible for $44+ trillion in assets held by institutional investors.
The IIDC was formed in 2021 and is maintained by the investment consulting and OCIO firm Verus.
